Browsing Bedroom's Archives »»

I bought a house 5 five months ago. Just a few miles away from the city because I can’t bear with the noise and pollution building up in the city. My best friend who is a real estate agent helped me find this tropical inspired house that has 2 big rooms and a palace-like master’s bedroom. He really hears me when I describe my dream house and in just a month, we got this house. Though there were few repairs and redesigning made because I don’t like how the elements of one of the rooms came into one piece though the former owner claims that it was his son’s masterpiece (it’s reasonable if he is talking about a 5 year old son and not a 25 year old son). So, immediately after I got my keys to my new house, I patched things up, got new wallpapers that complement my daughter’s wishes for her new room but I added some details that would connect the room from the whole house’s design. And to make my tropical house into paradise, I renovated my bathroom. I got a new tub, my tiles were glasses. Underneath with it were stones and pebbles and white sand formed inside the glass.

I found this bird’s of paradise that has a medium sized length fit for my bathroom. Outside the house, I added a wooden swing painted in white and the accent of the outdoor was the fountain that was custom-made just for me. There were big rocks piled up. Water flowing form the rocks to the 5m diameter pond were I placed koi fishes which I got for free when my sister made the fountain. And as I officially opened my new house last week, my former home-sweet-home became a home-sweet-stylish-relaxing-home. So for those of you hunting for a new house, try to find a place where you know you will feel “homey” and relaxing. Find something that fits not only your budget but also your style. You need to bear lots of patience in getting the right house because at the end of the day, your house will always be the best place you can ever be.
