Rugs to Make the House Lively

I have some redecorating going on inside the house as my girlfriend told me that we should see to it that the house would always be presentable any time of the year. She said that the rooms, especially the living room, really look plain because it simply has the couch, the coffee table and the television in it. She suggested that if we make use of some area rugs, the overall appearance of the rooms would be really different. We have taken a look at some of the available oval area rugs over the web, as well as some jute area rugs to see what we can get for our rooms. My girlfriend said that the oval area rugs should fit perfectly in the living room since the shapes of my couch and coffee table is also roundish and it can really help give more emphasis on the room itself.
